EAD notice still not received(>90days)
Hi All,
I have a serious question. I have applied for an AOS (marriage based) on September 2nd which included the forms I-485, I-765, I-131 at the MSC. I received a notification of the receipts but after that I haven't heard anything.
I checked my case status online and I don't see any changes reflected. I looked into the timeline for the MSC office and it said 3 months for the EAD its been more than 90 days and its still pending.
My attorney suggested me to get an infopass and talk to them about it, which I did and they told me that the application is with an IO, but they do not know how long will it take.
So the question I wanted to ask was, is this something normal that happens. I needed my EAD as soon as possible so that I could start working :(, it sucks to sit home.
