Can i travel in advance parole after AOS interview and case still pending?
I need to travel outside US and we had our AOS interview family base through my US citizen wife. Since I-130 documents was sent to NVC the IO at USCIS couldn't give us the case approval because he didn't have the document with him. So i don't know how long is it going to take to get the case approval. So if i travel during this case pending will it be a issue. And what if the AOS gets approved while i am outside US can i still re-enter US with the same advance parole?
