Hello,
Here is our situation.
I am US citizen, applied for my husband who came to US as my fiance via one entry visa. We are now married.
10/08/2015 applied for adjustment of the status, travel document and work permit
11/04/2015 went for fingerprinting
11/12/ Case ready to be scheduled for interview
12/07 Date changed but still says "case ready to be scheduled for interview, we will sent you a letter with appointment time"
We have to travel emergently but still have not received a travel document.
How long does it take in Florida?
Can we leave and ask friend to send us travel document once it arrives or obtain it overseas?
Does anyone have similar experience? Please share.Thank you very much
