Hey guys,
So me and my wife got married in August. My wife is the US citizen and I'm the applicant.
We submitted everything and they received it on the 29th September 2015.
About a weeks later we received a letter in the mail stating they have received our application and will forward instructions in the mail. 5th October to be exact.
On the 20th October we received notice that we need to go to the USCIS office in Kendall, Florida to get my bio metrics taken.
Went to USCIS on the 11th November.
After the bio metrics my case online stated "We are ready to schedule your immigration interview"
On the 4th December i received notice that my interview will take place on the 13th Jan 2016.
As of now i have still not received my Work Auth. or my advance parole. We did move in October and there are different addresses on the forms. On the 17th i received a yellow letter from immigration to confirm our permanent address. I filed the evidence on the 19th so hoping to have the forms authorized by the end of the year. Hopefully :)
All in all its been just under 3 months....
FYI - There is a USCIS App that you can download that gives you live updates of your forms. The App is called USCISApp. Its very helpful!!!!
