PD is 05/22/15 filing from Queens,NY didn't hear anything back since 07/07/15 and file is still at Lee Summit MO center. Spoke couple of times with 2nd level support and finally the IO opened service request for which I received a generic response that "If you dont hear from a local field office within 90 days to contact them".
Called them today to ask to check if they have sent the file over and to which center they sent (If they did) -- NYC or Long Island office, IO wasnt able to see the case information.
