Hello there! Is there anyone here who has an idea on our current situation? We are on EB3 and Our PD is June 11, 2013. We became current last January 2015 we filed our adjustment of status before May 1, 2015 before the priority date retrogressed. We already got our EADs and AP. My question is do we have chance of getting our GC? I called up USCIS they said that our case is in process. Does this mean we have a chance of getting our GC soon even though we are on EB3?
