I made a service request on my case to Msc on the 10 December 2015 the day I was scheduled for an interview but was cancelled due to file not in field office. I got response to the request on the 28 December and it goes thus: USCIS systems indicate that your case is awaiting an interview. Your local uscis office will contact u once they are able to schedule the appointment. Shud you not be contacted by your local office within 90days of this notice, please contact customer service at the number provided below. PLEASE MY HOUSTON FILERS WHO IS DELAYING MY CASE BECAUSE I HAVE INFOPASS AGAIN TOMORROW AND I PLAN TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER ONE ON THE 10 JANUARY AND ALSO FEBRUARY ONCASE THEY ARE STILL MESSING UP.
