Texas Svc Center experience
It feels like we have been waiting for ever now.
We filed for AOS (under NIW). Our timeline is as follows:
Application received - 06/17/15
Fingerprint - 07/07/15
EAD/AP card received - 09/10/15
Since then we haven't heard anything, not even any RFEs since they received our application. Also, there is nothing odd in our background like visa overstay, anything criminal or anything like that.
Online status simply shows -
On June 17, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRCxxxx. Our Texas Service Center location is working on your case.
Texas Center is showing March 20 processing for employment based I-485. And it appears to be moving forward very slowly. So, I am curious if others had better/faster or similar experience as us with Texas center for employment based AOS.
