I-485 Approved
Hi guys! I've been always reading the forums here and figured to share my experience. This site has been a helped to me.

September 28 - sent I-765, I-485 and I-130
October 29- Did biometrics
November 10 - Received Interview appointment
december 11- EAD approved
December 23- Received EAD in the mail
January 11- Green card interview / Approved!!!

We went to El Paso Office to do our green card interview. Arrived around 7:30am and and we were the first ones to get inside the building. We were scheduled for 8 am interview and by 7:50 the immigration officer called my name. It was very smooth, just asked for original copies of birth certificates, utilities and asked couple of questions. To be honest, I was stressing about it and brought a lot of evidences to support the application but she said we already sent a lot of evidences the first time and there's no need for her to see some more. She just said what name will be in the card and said she will go ahead and approve it.

To be honest, I myself is surprised that we got a schedule for interview very early because I've read here that there are many people experiencing delays. The officer said that she was surprised herself that we got to be scheduled for an interview early. Nevertheless, I'm not complaining because it works good for us.

I wish all the people here the best and Hope yall's interviews go well and get approved too!
