H1B Visa Interview@NewDelhi 01/06/2016
Hi Guys,
I attended my Visa Interview at New Delhi on 01/06/2016 and it lasted for 2 min and only asked about Employer Name, Experience and highest qualification. And said it approved.
However its been few days I have not received the Passport.
Passport Status : Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate
And if I check on CEAC website it says
U.S. Department of State - NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
Administrative Processing
Application ID or Case Number: YYYY YYYY
Case Creation Date: 05-Jan-2016
Status Updated Date: 07-Jan-2016
Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.
Does anyone have any idea what can I do next?
Please advise.
