Hello everyone
I got an sms and email on January 4th that my case was approved, however nothing changed since then. They haven't send the card to production yet nor mail it to me.
This is my timeline
Oct 9, 2015 - Submitted Application
Oct 9, 2015 - Priority Date
Oct 15, 2015 - Received notice (day 7)
Nov 2, 2015 - Biometrics done (day 25)
Jan 4, 2016 - Case changed to - Case Was Approved
I called the support number and they told me that it can take up to 30 days to make the card and send it to me.
I am really frustrated and nervous that its going to take too long.
Anybody has any similar experience? Any ideas what to do?
