Interview I-485 in Santa Ana
Hello everybody
I have an interview scheduled on the 5th of February in Santa Ana. I didn't expect they will schedule it so soon. We don't have insurance on each other and i'm afraid we won't be able to file taxes together before 5th.
But what I really worry about iiis that I believe I didn't have legal status during 2 months before marriage in US. I came as a J-1 work and travel for summer and got fired after 1 week. I found new job, but my Sponsor didn't want to approve it and they said they might terminate my visa. Same time I didn't get any emails from them about termination. I had a great summer working with my boyfriend at the same spot and in the end of summer we decided to get married. We've been together for more than a year before marriage. We have evidence to show that our marriage is real, but my visa situation bothers me alot.
Can it be a reason to deny my i 485?
Does anybody know what should I expect on the interview?
anybody has experience in SANTA ANA? please share =)
