Need your help!!
This is my position:
Have Visa valid till Feb 28th 2018, but I-94 expiring on Feb 28th 2016 (PED end date)
Company got new I797 and its valid until 14th DEC 2018.
In this case is it necessary to file a new petition and apply for extension?
Is there any chance I travel to Mexico and get the I-94 extended to match with my I797?
If I go to Mexico will there be any problem when I re-enter US?
I seriously need your help and advise here...
