Bio-metrics walkin not accepted at Long Island city ASC

I got my biometrics letter after 75 days (yesterday) scheduled for Jan-19th at Long Island city application support center.
I walked in today (Jan-13th @ 9 am), but the lady denied to take my bio-metrics, yelled ta me, threatened me that she will cancel the process by calling USCIS and blah blah blah all what not infant of a big room of people. this all happened when i am trying to explain her why i walked in earlier than scheduled..
She is not listening to me at all, she said that giving biometrics earlier will not make my case any faster. She is a middle aged again woman.
I am so scared, i couldn't talk, cause j am first of all worried that i got my bio metrics letter late, on top of that, this rudeness..i kept quite walked out..
Now i can only wait till Jan-19th for biometrics. can i walking to any other location than the specified one, just a question, i am scared this lady will do something..
