Green Card for 2 years or 10 years? Permanent?
Hi you all,
I am still waiting for my interview based on a marriage to an USC.
Our interview hasn't been scheduleld yet. I've heard that our local field Office is one of the slowest.
I believe by the time of our interview date, we will be celebrating our marriage 2nd anniversary.
My question is: if everything goes well at the interview, and the green card is approved, how long it'll valid for?
What's the 02 years green card? What's the 10 years green card and a "permanent" one?
I've heard if everything goes well at interview and you've been married for more than "02 years" by the time of your interview, you'll receive a permanent green card? How does that work?
Any experiences are always welcomed.
Thank you,
