Hi peeps
Due to my negligence I didn't file my AOS until my EAD was expired for 2 months. I did not foresee that it would take over a month for people to request documents from IRS. My boss is getting impatient for waiting for me to come back. I also found two dream position that i want to interview but i can not due to my status. I am being haunted by my regrets everyday.......
I filed with National Benefit center(NBC/MSC) and here is my timeline:
DEC 9 Package sent (i-131 765 458 130)
DEC 14 PD for 131 765 130
DEC 17 PD for 458
DEC 26 Fingerprint appointment received
JAN 13 Fingerprint Scanned in Seattle file office
people who also filed with NBC, how fast is your EAD process? Am i being reasonable to expect to receive my EAD approval letter in February or early March? I just want to have my approval letter first asap for either my interview or my old boss. not to worry about the rest just yet.
