Hello,
I just wanted to share my experience with you guys. I was granted political asylum in Dec 2014, so I have submitted my I-485 application in December.
Here are the details:
12/20 - UPS drop-off
12/24 - Package delivered
12/29 - I-485 receipt
12/30 - Check cashed
1/2 - Biometrics appt notice for 1/19
1/19 - Biometrics done
Has anyone dealt with asylum-based I-485 applications? I assume that I won't have an interview. If anyone has some personal experience, please share.
Also, I have my Receipt Number, but some reason I still can't check anything on USCIS website. Odd?
