Hello everybody,
My case is AOS family-based (get married with USC). I filed in Sacramento, CA and my package included I-485, I-130 and I-765. I got the bio-metric letter for I-485 and get it done as scheduled (Jan 14, 2016). One day later I got another bio-metric letter for I-765 (work permit) and to be scheduled on Jan 25, 2016.
Is there anyone experience like my case which you have to do TWO separate bio-metric for separate I-485 and I-765? Please share.
Below is my timeline:
12/07/2015: package sent
12/16/2015: received letter of NOA (pd 12/09/2015)
01/02/2016: received bio metrics appointment for I-485
01/14/2016: bio metrics done
01/15/2016: received another bio metrics letter for I-765, appointment scheduled on 01/25/2016.
