Hello there, I am waiting for my working and travel authorization. I did all the paperwork through a lawyer, and apparently, everything was fine.

Here is my timeline:

October 2nd - USCIS received I-797 and I-130 (work and travel authorization)
October 26th - Did the biometrics
December 16th - Open a service request after 75 days of wait
January 6th - My lawer open another service request after 90 days of wait. They said I should receive an answer by January 18th.

Today still nothing changes. Website says "my case was received" and no changes. I called USCIS and they told me I could open another service request. I thought they were kidding This is emotionally exhausting!!

Anyone else in my shoes? I am just thinking they are going to delay again and again. I already lost a job opportunity and I cannot even go back to my country without giving up on my cases. I feel like a hostage in the US!

Please, any advice or comment would help!
