Greetings,
I have called USCIS this morning as my i765 case has not been updated and it s been almost 90 days. I have created a SR after 75 days and the service request has been completed when they sent me a response saying that my case is within the normal processing timeframe. The CSR said that i need to wait 30 days before they can create another SR. Which means till Feb 13.
Could you please advise if there s anything i can do. I really need this document and every day i wait look like an eternity to me.
