I-130 intent to deny - wife received this notice
Hello hopefully anyone can give me some advice on how to answer this, my ex wife and I got a divorce in the dominican republic through a lawyer back in 2012. This divorce is completely legal there and here in new york. Base on the letter sent from the officer she believes I had a divorce through the consulate in NYC which makes not valid. However, this is not the case. We have 30 days to respond before the application is denied. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
