Should I make another Service Request Online?
I made a SR on 19th Jan and I got a response on the 20th Jan that my case is currently under review and I would be provided a decision or request for further evidence shortly. I made the SR on the 77th day of my application and up till today, I'm yet to get any decision from them. Now, I was wondering if I should make another SR, this time, online since I cannot make another one by calling the 800 number until after 30 days of the previous one.
Its 85th day today and I'm highly frustrated right about now. Don't know what else to do and I dont think I can wait any longer.
NOTE: I'm mainly worried about my EAD. I filed from St Louis, Missouri and my file was sent to NBC Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Like minds, please what options are opened for me?
