Can I expedite EAD before 75 days from PD?
My timeline is as follows:
1 - Priority date : 11/23/2015
Day 29 - Biometrics done : 12/21/2015 at port Chester
Day 34 - Received RFE by mail - 12/26/2015
Day 58 - Responded to RFE - 1/19/2016
Day 59 - RFE response delivered by usps - 1/20/2016
Day 60 - USCIS updated they received response and will cont working on case - 1/21/2016
Day 68 - today( no other response from USCIS)
I would like to know if it is possible to have our case expedited. My husband whom is the petitioner/US citizen recently was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. His diagnosis really took a toll on us, we were worried, angry, depressed but still hoping for the best. Since this diagnosis however, a lot has changed. Our weekly activities now include going to appointments at the hospital.His work hours have also been cut in half so he is making only half of what he use to make before knowledge of the illness. His condition seems to be getting worst, he will begin radiation and chemo treatment very soon. I try to give him as much support as I possibly can around the house and by being at most of his appointment. Right now, I would really love to take some of the stress from my husband by helping him financially, his income isn't enough now and I know he is worried because of this.
Can our case being expedited based on these grounds?
