We finally got some updates on our case. My husband is primary applicant, and I'm his dependent.
8/7/15 - package sent (i-140 concurrent filing). Nebraska service center.
8/17/15 - checks cashed
9/21/15 - bio appointment
10/27/15 - EAD approved
12/22/15 - I-140 approved
1/28/15 - husband's i-495 approved
The whole process took almost 6 month.
Does anyone know how long it takes to approve dependent's i-495 after primary applicant's i-495 got approved?
