Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hey everybody =)

So my interview is really soon and I'm getting more and more nervouse
Here is my reason.. Usually normal people when they prepare their AOS packege have 2 envelops: one to be sent and the second one to " grab and take for the interview". Well I was not normal and I thought that I just gonna need to bring all the originals for the interview and thats it.

So now I DON"T have:

1) IRS tex returns for my sponsor and co-sponsor (I sent them)
2)original paystubs (I sent them)

And do I really need to have all the forms signed again????

I was preparing everything on my own using instructions and internet, I'm surprised I didn't get any RFEs

AM I IN A BIG TROUBLE? =(

And evidence.. I have:

1) lease and recipes for rent
2) bank statements joint account
3) bills for wify
4) printed out payments for gym membership for both
5) 5 letters from friends and relatives ( is it trough that they have to be notarized?? I haven't seen it in instruction)
6) a bunch of letters and postcards sent to each other while we lived in different countries.
7) printed out skype calls and screen shot of FB page which shows about 70 000 messages between us
8) boarding passes
thats about it... =(

We DON't have a car, insurance, joint tax return and we don't pay any other bills....
Are we good?
