Expedite I-130 process !!
I Filled for I-130, I-485 In October.
-PD is October 19,2015.
-Biometrics- November 13,2015 ( Longisland Office )
-Ready for interview- December 7, 2015.
My question is where is the interview date up too in the long island office. I need a approval for i-485 by April. Im starting Graduate school and they require for me to have a GC by April to complete enrollment for Fall. Second question is their any way to expedite this ( i do have paper-work form school stating they require a GC by April, 2016 )- If anyone could provide some input it would be highly appreciated.
Also does anyone known how to tell where you file is . If its been transferred to the local office, customer service is giving me diff answers.
