EAD Processing 95 Days, plus possibility of 60 Days More!!
Hi All-

I have been following the forums closely since the beginning of my experience, and have found it very helpful.
Below is my timeline:

October 27th: I-485, I-765 and I-130 received by USCIS at MSC processing center

November 23rd: Finger print/ biometrics appointment completed

December 14th: Received RFE for form I-485, they wanted a copy of my husband's most recent tax return

December 23rd: UCSIS received the evidence they requested.

This is the last update I've gotten since. I raised a service request both on the 76th day and on the 91st day. The response to my first service request was that the case was still within regular processing time and the response to the service request raised on the 91st day was that because of the RFE we received back in December, our case could continue processing for another 90 days, from the date the response to the RFE was received.

It has been stressful, and discouraging waiting for this paperwork. My husband and I have been together for 6 years, and I've also been a teacher in NYC for the last 5 years, working on an H-1B Visa, which had expired when we filed for the change of status. Anyone else been privy to such a timeframe? Based on some of the other experiences, applications have been approved in shorter timeframes even with prior RFE's. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
