This is my timeline so far, I am filing base on marriage, My wife is a US citizen and we're filing from New York.
*Nov 23 2015- Sent file I-485 and I-765 for Chicago Lockbox
*Nov 30th 2015 - Received receipts for file I-485 and I-765
*Nov 30th 2015 -Priority Date
*Dec 12 2015- Received Biometrics appointment letter scheduled for Dec 30th 2016
*Dec 30th 2015- Biometrice done and National Benefits Center (Process took about 1 hour)
*Dec 30th 2015 - RFE sent for I-485
*Jan 5th 2016- RFE Received (Need additional information on spouse employment)
Jan 7th 2016- Response to RFE sent for I-485
Jan 20th 2016- Response to RFE Recieved for I-485
Online status for I-765 still says "Case was received one Nov 30th 2016"
Its now 14 days away from my 75 day time period, hope my EAD gets approved soon, At least that will keep by occupied while i wait for me interview to be scheduled.
