EAD update
I applied I-130, I-485, and I-765 marriage based AOS (sent to Chicago)
My priority date is Nov 9, 2015. Case sent to NSC.
Biometrics Done on Dec 9, 2015
RFE received on Dec 9 and the same day the document I mailed back to Lee Summit office. Four days later I received a notice that they got the document and my case will continue.
Jan 27 I applied for a SR since I was in the 75th day
Jan 31 received SR notice saying “Your case is still under review”. I cannot ask for other SR until Feb 17th.
On-line status:
I-I30 On Nov 9th we received your form I-130
I-i765 On Nov 9th we received your form I-765
I-485 Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview
On Feb 7th there will be 90 days since my priority date. If I want to get an Infopass it says “At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later”. I am so frustrated since I do not know anything about my EAD. I hope to get good news soon.
