Hi ev1 here is my timeline.
Filed I-485, I-130, l-131, I-765 on 11/09/15
PD: 11/12/15
Receipts for all forms: 11/18/15
Biometrics in mail: 11/19/15 for 12/11/15
Biometrics done: 12/11/15 took 20 mins
RFE: 12/12/15 for employment proof for hubby and sponsor (hubby dad), assets for sponsor
W2s, IRA etc. Ps. Our lawyer only sent tax documents no supporting docs. :(
RFE sent express: 01/19/16
Status update to RFE received: 01/20/16
Its 89 days and I haven't even received EAD. Does anyone know how long it will take for EAD? I'm so frustrated and just wanna be working to help hubby out. He is a grad student doing a PhD so only makes stipend. Also how long does response to RFE tKe to process? Looking forward to replies. Thank you.
