12/03/2015 – Receipt notices from USCIS
12/15/2015 – Received Biometrics Appointment
12/30/2015 – Biometrics Appointment in Cincinnati, Ohio
01/06/2016 – Received notice “Ready to schedule interview” for AOS
01/13/2016 – Received notice “Interview has been scheduled for February 19th, 2016”
01/14/2016 – Called USCIS for service request to expedite I-765
01/19/2016 – Received email from USCIS: RFE for service request
01/20/2016 - Faxed evidence (formal letter of current employer) to USCIS
02/04/2016 – 3rd call to USCIS after service request was placed – IO said to call back in 2-3 days if no response (by 75th day after application was initially received)
02/08/2016 – Filled out service request online (76th day)
02/08/2016 - Called USCIS, was transferred to 2nd tier: officer sent in 2nd expediting request
02/19/2016 – Green Card Interview (87th day) in Louisville, Kentucky
This is currenrly my timeline. It sucks that USCIS knows my current EAD is expiring and they are still taking their sweet time to process anynof my service requests. My green card interview is scheduled 4(!!!) days after my EAD expires! So annoying :(
Does anybody else have the same problem/timeline?
