Please help!!! Form I-693 (AOS married based)
Hi guys,
Please help me. I entered in US as a K-1 Visa.
Today, I received my Interview Notice to be interview on March 23.
I'm alittle bit confused, in the Notice their is a potion: You must bring the following its with you:
Medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement.
When I filed my Petition, I didn't attached Form I-693, only DS-3025 (Vaccination Documentation Worksheet) because I did all vaccination in the Philippines last June 2015.
Should I need to bring Form I-693 on the date of my interview even I didn't received RFE? or should my DS-3025 still valid cuz my medical examination still less than a year on the date of my interview?
Please share your experience.
