Dear friends,
This site helps you to keep patience in this never ending frustrating wait. I would like to explain my case for L2 first time EAD , Nebraska service center where I'm done with all option .
Now only option is to wait
My timeline,
10 nov - Case Received and accepted
16 Nov - Received I797 Notice of Action from USCIS
till date status is same as day 1 :(
I have raised SR after 90 days but received generic response , delayed due to backlog . Additional 60 days time frame mentioned
I have contacted local congressman who submitted the enquiry on 05 February and got the response that they are considering my case to expedite but to timeframe mentioned and not yet assigned to an adjudicating officer.
From forums understood that infopass appointment provides the same information as call center.
Do we have any more options?
