Hi Guys,
Would like to find out some info from people who filed in NJ. I had filed for I-485 through marriage. I did not file for EAD because I had it already. Since I had EAD and social I thought my process would be quicker, but apparently its not. This is my process as follow:
Sept. 1st- 2015- Sent out my papers
Sept 8th 2015-Papers received by USCIS in Chicago
Oct 2nd 2015- Biometrics Appointment in Elizabeth NJ location
Oct 8th 2015 - Your Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
How much longer will it take?
