AOS rejected because the filing fees weren't the right amount.
After 23 days of mailing my AOS with I-130, EAD and advance of parole. i got my package back because i just sent a check of $1070 without the $420 of the petition.
I resent the package with the right amount after i called USCIS. I sent a single check for both AOS and I-130 of the amount of $1490.
I have read that some people got rejected because they didn't split the amount with two checks. is any one experienced a rejection because they only sent a one check for everything?
