Pending consideration after I-130 intent to deny notice
Hi everyone so after our interview in NYC on Jan 14, 2016 we received a notice of intent to deny our I-130 stating that my previous divorce was not valid because it was done by a consulate (this is not true) so we sent all documentations to clarify the officer's misunderstanding and all errors she made on her letter (she said I divorce my wife in NYC of course not true since she is petitioning for me) she also said we went for an interview on Jan 14, 2015 also an error, ANYWAYS we submitted all clarification and now our case is just still pending consideration according to a service request I put in. Any idea? Any advise at this point? we are so disappointed :(
