i130, and 485 denied, 290b taking a long time to process, refile concurrently i130, i485, i130 and s
On August 2014, I filed application for my wife, while we waited for the interview, I went to jail, come April 2015, our case was denied because my wife went for the interview alone, notified the officer of my status. Note, we filed without an attorney, wife confused of what to do. When the case was denied, wife met an attorney who filed 290b for us, when I came out of jail, I made an inforpass to explain myself to the officer, but was told that the supervisor said she is not ready to handle it, and may not do it ant time soon. I felt so bad, it was all my fault, the officer we met advised that we can go on and refile if we cannot wait for the decision. And that o should write the supervisor too, I write the supervisor that same day, and got no reply, I called USCIS several times for that case amd got no reply, I went back to my lawyer since they said is going to take about 6months over the phone, I reported to my lawyer what the officer at inforpass said, lawyer adviced I can start all over again, my wife has been out of work, I lost my job while I was in jail. I messed up big time though. Filed out the application with the attorney on December 2015, attorney mailed the package, I don't even know date, but he said he will mail it on the 29th December, I don't know if he actually mailed it. But on the 16th of January, I got receipts for cases mailed and priority date on 8th january, on the 24th of January, my wife got a notice for finger printing for 1st of February, finger printing done, and been waiting. Please who knows how long all this is gonna take. And when is she getting her work permit. I mean any Dallas filers who can give me a head up. I don't just like her feelings each time I get home. I already caused her a lot of stress. I messed up big time, and am ready to do anything I can to push this case up. Note that, the attorney write to USCIS to withdraw the case before filing a new one. Waiting for an urgent reply. Thanks to you all.
