Hi immihelpers!
I'm a little frustrated about my process with USCIS (AOS married based).
My PD is Nov 24th, 2015. I did my Biometrics on 12/31 and I still haven't received my EAD card.
My question is: I received an RFE for my I-485 because I submitted and old version of the affidavit form. I already send the new one last Friday and I'm waiting for them to receive it. Can this RFE affect my I-765 as well? I don't know why they haven't send my EAD card yet.
I appreciate any comment.
