H1-B visa Hyderabad
Hello all,

Thanks everyone for posting your experiences.

Here is mine.

VO: Good Morning madam.
Me: GM sir.

VO: Who is your employer?
Me: Answered.

VO: Were you in the Unites States before?
Me: Yes

VO: On which status did you go earlier?
Me: F-1

VO: Where did you go to school during that time?
Me: Answered.

VO: Did you ever work on CPT/OPT?
Me: Answered

VO: How long were you with this company?
Me: Answered.

VO: Where were you working before(location)?
Me: Answered.

VO: What were the details of the client which you were working earlier before this one?
Me: Answered.

VO: What are your roles and responsibilities?
Me: Told

VO: Were you working from home at that time?
Me: Nope. I was working from the company.

VO: Who was your boss there?
Me: Told.

VO: I see that there are very bad reviews with your petitioner. Did you really work with him those years.
Me: I am very confident that I worked all those years. I have all the proofs that I worked all those years. I am not sure about what you are talking exactly.( Since I really worked I was so confident).

VO: Do you know that your company doesn't have enough money to pay your salary and have very bad reviews.
Me: I said it never happened to me but yes I saw them.

VO: Thanks for being honest. Then why are you still with them.
Me: I had to come to India for an emergency. MY client already offered me a full time position. I will be moving as soon as I am back.

VO: Again, thanks for being honest. Did they take money from you for applying your H1-B visa?
Me: No. ( Since they really did not take money from me).

VO: What is the current address of the client location?
Me: Told.

VO: Can you give me any landmarks around your office?
Me: Answered.

VO: Please let us know if your petitioner does any more frauds to you. You won't be under risk but he will be under risk.
Me: Sure Sir. Thank you.

VO: OK madam. I am issuing your visa. Do you have the rights pamphlet.
Me: I said No. He gave me one.

Now after 5 hours I am checking my status online for visa it is saying "Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days."

I am not sure what is exactly happening. Does this mean my visa is approved or it is in admin processing and still takes time?

I wasn't asked a single document. I was told just that my visa is issued.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Please respond.
