I -130 - never got notifice in 2 months
Hi,
I am married to a US citizen and he sent I- 130 on Jan 22nd .
As of March 8th I didn't get any notice. My tracking number does not work.
I wonder why I never got any notice. My lawyer says I must wait 9 months. I don't understand why I got stuck in the trouble.
My husband is in the US. this situation turned our life into hell. We suffer a lot. :(
