AOS i-485
Hi all, I am adjusting status from DACA to permanent residency through my husband (US citizen). We got married in July of 2014. I live in Texas and am going through the Chicago lockbox.

My AOS package included the following:
i485, i130, affidavit, all the required documentation with each of those forms (passport photos, ead, marriage license, etc) plus copies of things we have together (bank account stmts, savings account, house HUD, car insurance), life insurance beneficiary summary, tax returns, and about 20 pictures of vacations, holidays, etc.

This is my timeline so far:

11/04/2015 - Sent in AOS package
11/10/2015 - Checks cashed
12/07/2015 - RFE Notice Received (outdated affidavit & copy of non-immigrant visa (I lost it when I moved cities, but it was expired by then so I didn't file a lost report))
01/08/2016 - Sent in RFE (updated affidavit and thorough letter explaining the loss of my visa, how many offices I contacted to try and get a copy, copies of emails sent to CBP, copies of appointment letters made with USCIS to speak to immigration officer, FOIA requests to Dept of State, DHS, etc. I provided the visa # again along with copies of all my immediate family's visas)
01/25/2016 - Received requested evidence
02/09/2016 - EAD on the way
02/12/2016 - Received EAD
03/08/2016 - Case ready to schedule interview

Hope this helps someone. I will update as I get through everything. Wish me luck in the final steps!
