Any way to expedite an EAD?
Hi, I got married on Dec 23rd to my USC husband, I was here on a work visa before. Filed 130 485 131 765 all together on Jan 7th, Case was received on Jan 11 MSC office. Done my biometrics on 2/8/2016. On Feb 29th my previous EAD expired, so I had to stop working. Now, my previous employer really wants me back and is kindly waiting for me to get my EAD, do you know if there is a way to expedite this process? I'm on Day 70 today..
