Right time to start process?
Hi All,
I would like to know what is the right time to start process for marriage based GC. Me and my partner are living in different cities. We recently got married with a simple ceremony in court . We will be getting married in India by end of this year.
Would like to know if someone else was ever in similar situation? If so, please suggest. We are thinking to start the process by next month.
