Hi, I need urgent help. As per I-797 C my case was recieved by USCIS on 12/17/2015. I raised 2 SRs in between which were closed with usual response to wait longer. I accessed this website https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx as per responses from this blog, and I received an email today that my case has been forwarded to USCIS but the status on the USCIS site is still the initial one, no change. Can anyone suggest is this the correct way to contact congressman (the website I mentioned above) or there is another way. I am desperatley waiting for EAD, any suggestions wil be of great help, thanks
