168 days - Still no EAD :(
It's been 168 days today since I applied for my L2 based EAD on 6th October 2015. Received RFE on 27 Jan 2016 and no news or update after that. Called up the USCIS service center and they said only after 60 days (of receiving the RFE) they will raise a SR. Anyone has any idea why is it taking so long? I am tired and bored of sitting at home and really worried regarding the outcome :( Mine is a first time EAD application. Anyone else with such a long delay?
