RFE-no update since "case was received"
hey how are you all?
our situation goes like this:
my priority date is 28 dec 15
i did my fingerprints at 02/05
and everything was updated by online..
well i got letter at the 02/22 on mail request for evidence which never was update on the website..
recently i send the evidence and i believe they already received(
we doing the process with lawyer)
and since now no update for us..still "case was received"
and "finger print fee was accepted"
we are not losing hope but its really frustrating..any advice guys and off course good luck to all!!
