Creating a Service Request for EAD
Hi Folks,
My PD is 01/11/2016, Today is my 75th day and haven't received any update regarding my EAD so I tried calling the USCIS to create a Service Request however I have been notified that its still under processing time and the rep mentioned to call them back on the 91st day if there is no response.
To cross-check i tried creating a SR through web and I was not able to create one & it displayed the same message like it cannot be created as its still in the processing time frame.
My service center which is processing my EAD is the National Benefits Center MO - Lee Sumit which displays 90 days as their EAD processing time.
I have seen people posting in this forum about being able to create a SR on or after 75 days.. how were you able to do it?? Is it more related to the which service center is processing your request like some have 2.5 months.??
Please let me know if anyone was able to create an SR like around 75th day with NBC Lee summit.
This wait has really been frustrating specially staying home and working. I wish they could change this where people can work based on the receipt notice like they do in H1B.
