I-485 RFE for lawful immigration status
I just got a RFE for I-485. In the RFE letter, they asked me to submit the evidence to show my lawful immigration status, such as I-94 and I-20.

I graduated at 2015/12/18, so I applied the OPT (filing date is 2015/11/12) and extended my I-20. The period for I-20 is from 2015/12/21 to 2016/12/20.

When I filed I-485, my opt application is still pending. Therefore, from the RFE, USCIS asked me to provide the document I-20 and I-94 to prove my status. However, I did not get my EAD-OPT card until now.

I am thinking what materials I need to send to USCIS to prove my status:

1. I-20 including the OPT period.

2. I-94

I am not sure if I also need to send the receipt of OPT application (I-797C) to prove that I applied OPT already. or I just need to send the I-20 and I-94.

Thanks!
