Hello Everyone,
I have been following this site for almost 5 months now and it has really help me hold up with the whole process.
Here is my Timeline:
06/19/2015 Got married to my USC
10/28/2015 USCIS received package for (I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765)
11/04/2015 They deposit checks for payment
11/07/2015 Received notice for biometrics
11/13/2015 Did walk in for biometrics in Baltimore field Office
11/25/2015 Case ready for Interview.
01/11/2016 I-765 change to new card is being produce
01/12/2016 I-765 change to case approved
01/14/206 I-765 changed to we mailed your new card
01/16/2016 Combo card received in mailbox.
02/24/2016 Interview Scheduled for 03/28/2016
03/29/2016 Status to New card is being produce and later change to case approved.
Note: To everyone who would be going in for interview, you and your partner should be well prepared and don't be nervous. Stay calm and have a smiling face. And to those of you who are scared to use the Advance parole, The officer make me understand that you can use the Advance Parole and you would be allowed back in the state only if you don't have a criminal records before but if you had a criminal records you won't be allowed to come back into the country anymore.
