RFE and priority date
Hello everyone,
I have a question and appreciate if you guys and answer it for me.
Does the RFE affect the priority date? As you can see in my timeline, I had a RFE last Sept, replied to it and received a EAD within 95 days. However I wonder if it still affect my priority date (July 1st). Does it mean my priority date pushed back to September?
It is like a 10-month waiting period and I am supposed to received my interview notice by very close.

Jun 30 documents sent to USCIS (day 0)
Jul 1st, documents received at uscis (day 1)
Jul 11, we received the I-797c (day 11)
Jul 17, we received the appointment for biometrics (day 17)
Jul, 28 and 31 biometrics done at USCIS (day 28)
Ago 8, request for initial evidence ( day 39)
Ago 28 rfe sent (day 59)
Sept 1 rfe received (day 63)
Sept 2 rfe second time (day 64)
Sept 10 rfe received (day 72)
Sept 25 New Card is being produced (EAD) day 87
Sept 28 Case Was Approved (EAD) day 90
Oct 1, Card was mailed to me (EAD) day 93
Oct 3, I got my EAD day 95
